Customer may return any NEW, UNOPENED items purchased from CACO within 30 days from day of purchase. Items must be returned in their original unopened Condition and product packaging. Shipping charges incurred by CACO and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your return of unopened original condition item.
* If the item is missing or has signs of tampering with the UPC, serial number or the embedded RFID chip no refund will be issued.
* There is absolutely NO refund for car audio products that have been installed.
* Shipping charges are not refundable.
* Return shipping charge will be applied for refused packages.
Partial refunds/Restocking Fees:
Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price.
Any item that is not in its original unopened condition, is damaged, or is missing parts: up to 50% of item's price.
Items with manufacturer's defect:
* There is absolutely NO refund for car audio products that have been installed. if the unit is defective, we can accept for repair only. Proof of professionally installation is required. Please verify that the unit is compatible with your vehicle before ordering.
* Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.
* If you are returning a defective item and do not want a replacement, No refunds will be issued for returns without all the original packaging, manuals and accessories, or if a return is made without an RMA number.
* All returns must be received by CACO within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date.
* We recommend returns be made via UPS or FEDEX insured freight only.
* CACO accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit.
* You are responsible for all freight charges.
Returns Policy Overview: 15% processing fee applied to your return.
* Items returned as defective that are found not to be defective will incur a 15% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization.
* Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).
* Shipping charges are not refundable.
* Items sold with "Free Shipping" only means that CACO has paid the shipping on the buyers behalf. Items with free shipping that are returned will have the shipping charges deducted that CACO has paid on the buyers behalf and the appropriate restocking fee.
How to return an item:
* E-mail CACO to request an RMA number. Please provide your order number.
* Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and shortly describe the return reason.
* Return must be in new condition. Otherwise, up to 50% restocking fee will be applied.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
